(there will be designated parking depending on the needs of the vendor)

 

It is mandatory that the Vendors must be set up by 10 am on Sept. 6th, 7 am on Sept. 7th, and Sept. 8th is the awards ceremony it is an optional day FEE:

 

We will rent a generator to accommodate all vendors

FEE: $200 for Food Truck space for all 3 days

By submitting this form, each vendor is agreeing to make provisions for the safeguarding of their goods and property throughout the Rides & Rods Elko Classic Car Show. It is agreed that the vendor will assume any liability and will not hold Rides & Rods or the City of Elko responsible for the theft, loss, injury, accident, or damage while participating in the Car Show.
